We have been informed that Dick Douglas of the Old North State Council is the longest tenured Eagle Scout in the country! He was recently selected as the latest Distinguished Eagle Scout Award recipient. There have been less than 2,100 of these presented since 1969. Congratulations Dick, you deserve it!
